There are 4 easy ways! From the page titled "My Special Occasions" simply click any of the following buttons to add special occasions; "Birthday Requester", "Add Birthdays", "Add other Special Occasions" or "Holidays". |

I would like to add a Holiday that you don't have listed, can I add my own? |

Yes, you can create your own custom holiday by first clicking the "Holiday" button on the "My Special Occasions" page and then the "Create Custom Holiday" button and complete the necessary information. |

At what time will I recieve my reminders? |

E-mail reminders are typically sent between the hours of 1:00 am and 3:00 am (PST). By sending your reminders early, they will be ready and waiting when you wake up and check your e-mail.
Cell phone reminders are sent at 7:00 am (PST). By the end of this year we plan to allow our users to specify when they would like to receive their cell phone
reminders. |

Is it possible to include one time events such as birthday parties, wedding showers, and charity events? |

Yes, you can create one time or custom reminders by going to the "My Reminders" page, clicking on "Add Other Reminders", and then "Create Custom Reminders" buttons. Then simply put the name of the event in the description field and we will remind you of the event. |

I'm using Windows XP. Why do some windows (tables, message boxes, etc) look very funny? |

This is a problem that is usually caused by a lack of memory on the users computer. The best solution would be to close any open browsers or other applications that are not in use. |

I don't know the year of the occasion for many of my special occasions. Is that a problem? |

No. Simply add the reminder and indicate the age range in the "Don't Know Year" field. However, if you do know the age this helps us offer you more appropriate gift suggestions. |
